How do I register for MyAllianz?

You can register via the MyAllianz app or web version at https://allianz.com.my/customer

If you register via app, we recommend using iOS 13 or later for Apple devices and Android 8.1 (API level 27) or newer for Android devices.

If you're using a Huawei device, you can access MyAllianz on the mobile web browser via: https://allianz.com.my/customer

What details are needed for MyAllianz registration?

You can register your MyAllianz account using name, NRIC or passport number, and mobile number.

Can I register for more than one MyAllianz user account?

No, only one account can be registered for each NRIC or passport.

Can I register for MyAllianz using an international mobile number?

Currently, customers with mobile number prefix +60 (Malaysia Country Code) and +65 (Singapore Country Code) can register for MyAllianz.

What steps should be taken if an SMS OTP is not received during the registration process?

If you do not receive an SMS OTP during registration, we recommend reaching out to your telco service provider to inquire about any potential SMS blocks. Additionally, please check your device settings to ensure that the number 68886 is not blocked. You can refer to the following videos to learn how to check for blocked numbers on your device:

I have trouble logging in to MyAllianz as it shows the message, "The user ID/password entered is incorrect”. What should I do?

For Allianz General and Allianz Life policyholders, you can update your contact details via the MyAllianz app. Do note that this service is not available on the web version as it requires Multi-Factor Authentication.

Allianz Comprehensive Motor Insurance policyholders may request assistance from Allianz Road Rangers and report breakdowns or accidents directly through MyAllianz app or web version through the “Allianz Roadside Assistance” button.

Can I use an e-wallet to make payments for my policies?

Currently MyAllianz doesn't support e-wallet payments for policy premiums. You can opt for the recurring payment option or online banking to pay for your Allianz Life insurance premiums on MyAllianz.

Accessibility of the Policies in MyAllianz

Can I register for a MyAllianz account if I purchase the Individual Life policies for my family members?

Certainly! MyAllianz account is available for policyholders to access and manage their policies.

Is Life Assured individual allowed to register for a MyAllianz account?

Yes, however the Life Assured individual will not be able to access the policy if he/she is not the registered policyholder. Only registered policyholders can access and manage their policies on MyAllianz.

If my child's policies are linked to my spouse's account, how can I access or manage the policies?

You will not be able to do so as only registered policyholders can access and manage their policies on MyAllianz.

How do I access my e-medical card via MyAllianz without an internet connection?

You would require internet connection for MyAllianz access. We recommend downloading the e-medical card from MyAllianz and save it in your device to view it at any time even when offline.

Can I cancel my policies via MyAllianz?

No. Should you need any assistance, please reach out to your Allianz servicing agent who is always ready to help review your policy with you to ensure that it meets your current protection and financial needs. Can I submit my claims without having to go through a servicing agent?

Yes, you can submit your claims via MyAllianz.

What is the upload file format and file size supported on MyAllianz for claims submission?

You can upload the supporting documents for you claim submission in JPG, PDF, and PNG, not exceeding 2MB for each file upload.

Can I still submit my travel claims after the travel policy has expired?

Yes, you can still submit claims via MyAllianz after the travel policy has expired. To submit claims, please log in to MyAllianz and navigate to “Claims”. Click on “Submit a Claim” button under the “Allianz General” tab.

Can I submit Allianz General claims (e.g., Motor Policy) on behalf of the policyholder (e.g., family members, spouse)?

Yes, you can submit the Allianz General claims on behalf of the policyholder via MyAllianz. During the claim submission, the submitter needs to declare the relationship with the policyholder in MyAllianz.

How do I check the claims history on MyAllianz?

You can go to the claims page and refer to the list of submitted claims. The status will be reflected accordingly.

It is advisable to register for a MyAllianz account using your personal email and mobile number.

Do I need to go through the registration process again if I leave my current company?

No, only one account can be registered for each NRIC or passport. You may continue using your existing account (User ID and password) to access MyAllianz account.

Can I submit my Allianz Employee Benefits policy claims via MyAllianz after the policy has expired?

Claims for Allianz Employee Benefits policies must be submitted within the policy coverage period. If you have claims to submit after the policy has expired, please reach out to Allianz Customer Service at customer.service@allianz.com.my.

Are dependents allowed to register for a MyAllianz account?

Dependents can register for MyAllianz. However, please take note that the Allianz Employee Benefits policy details are only accessible by the registered employee only.

MyAllianz 是一款能让您随时随地管理您Allianz Malaysia保单的统一平台（One Allianz）。

发现和体验线上自助服务的便利——轻易查阅您的保单、提交保险索赔、查看或下载您的电子医疗卡、申请电子保证信、支付您 Allianz Life 保单的保费、检查汽车保险的无索偿折扣（No Claim Discount）、探索专属健康服务、兑换 Allianz We Care Community 福利、参与奖励活动以及更多！

非客户也可以通过 MyAllianz 提交 Allianz General 的第三方索赔。

如何注册 MyAllianz？

你可以通过 MyAllianz 应用程序或网页版进行注册，网址为： https://allianz.com.my/customer

若您通过应用程序注册，我们建议 Apple 设备使用 iOS 13 或更高版本；Android 设备使用 Android 8.1 (API 级别 27) 或更高版本。

不行。每个身份证号码（NRIC）或护照号只能注册一个账户。

我可以使用国际手机号码注册 MyAllianz 吗？

目前，仅限马来西亚国家代码（+60 ）和新加坡国家代码（ +65）手机号码的客户可以注册 MyAllianz。

如果在注册过程中没有收到简讯验证码 (OTP)，我们建议联系您的电讯服务提供商，查询是否存在简讯拦截问题。此外，请检查您的设备设置，确保号码 68886 未被屏蔽。您可参考以下影片，了解如何检查设备上被屏蔽的号码：

您无法监控或查看这些保单，因为只有注册的保单持有人才有权限通过 MyAllianz 查看和管理受保人的保单。

如何在没有互联网连接的情况下通过 MyAllianz 查看我的电子医疗卡？

您需要连接互联网才能查看 MyAllianz。我们建议您提前从 MyAllianz 下载电子医疗卡，这样即使在离线状态下也可以随时展示保存在您的设备中的电子医疗卡。

我可以通过 MyAllianz 取消我的保单吗？
