Please be informed that scheduled maintenance activities will be carried out for ALIM Internet Insurance from 23 October 2026, 8:00 PM until 24 October 2026, 8:00 AM. During this period, customers will be unable to purchase insurance online for i-EssentialCover, i-HospitalCash, and i-Cancer Care, and payment transactions will not be available.

We kindly advise customers to complete any necessary transactions before the maintenance window or retry after the maintenance activities have been completed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
