Save paper and reduce the energy consumption that goes towards the production of paper statements and notices anytime, anywhere.  

Effective 1 April 2019, all statements and notices will be in digital format with encrypted passwords. Paper statements and notices will cease.
All statements and notices will be delivered to the email you registered with Allianz Life. You may also log-on to Allianz Life Customer Portal at www.allianz.com.my/customer to access your policy details, statements and notices.

A SMS notification will be sent to the mobile number you registered with Allianz Life to notify you. However, we strongly encourage you to register your email address as well for prompt access to your documents.

Yes, there is a one-time registration required to register for Allianz Life Customer Portal access. Click here to find out how to register.
You will need an email address to sign-up. We strongly encourage you to sign-up for an email address and register the new email with us in order to access to your statements and notices.

Registration Guide

Find out how to register for the customer portal

 

Step 1

To access the customer portal, go to https://www.allianz.com.my/customer or select the drop down from the top right of the website menu bar.

 

Step 2

Once at the customer portal login page, click on the “Register now” to proceed for account registration.

 

Step 3

At the registration page, please select your user type as ”Policy Holder” unless you are an active insurance agent for Allianz.

 

Step 4

Continue with registration by entering your personal details then proceed to “Submit”.

 

Step 5

Once submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox with your login details (User ID and Temporary Password).

 

 

Step 6

Proceed to login with the ID and Password emailed to you. Please type the user ID and Temporary Password and not copy paste.

 

 

 

Step 7

After your first time login, you will be required to change your password for security reasons. Your new password should have a minimum of 8 characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.

 

 

 

Step 8

Following that, you will need to set your “Secret Question” and “Secret Answer”. Your secret answer should have a minimum of 8 characters
