Ask A Health-Question
1. Login to account
2. On dashboard screen, go to “Ask Health Question”
3. Enter information as below:-
a) Programme: Allianz We Care Community
b) NRIC: XXXXXX-XX-XXXX
c) Symptoms: (e.g.: High cholesterol)
4. Receive a reply from a doctor or health practitioner within 15 minutes

Health Practitioner’s Chat Consultation (Optional)
5. Members may proceed further for a 1 on 1 chat consultation should further consultation is required.
6. Once confirmed, members may checkout and enter the promo code to apply the 10% OFF. Once payment is made, members may proceed to consult further with the doctor.
