In partnership with The Clubhouse (managed by Care Concierge) and exclusively for Allianz We Care Community members, you can redeem a Complimentary 3 Half-Day Sessions Pass at The Clubhouse worth RM390 to experience our Holistic Senior Care Programme.

Your pass includes:

  • Vital checks twice a day
  • 3 half-day sessions (Valid within one week, choose from morning session (8am–12pm) or afternoon session (1pm–5pm)Physical exercises)
  • Physical exercises
  • Cognitive activities
  • Recreational social activities
  • Activities of Daily Living assistance and companionship by Professional Caregivers 

 

Note:

1) This benefit is suitable for independent or semi-independent seniors aged 60+ who require physical or cognitive support.

2) E-hailing arrangements are available for seniors at your request (transport costs not included in the Clubhouse Pass).

3) The Clubhouse @Jaya One, PJ is located at A-1-3A, Block A, Jaya One, 72A, Jln Profesor Diraja Ungku Aziz, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Clubhouse: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (closed on weekends & public holidays)

Morning session (8am–12pm) | Afternoon session (1pm–5pm)

Careline: Monday–Sunday, 8am–5pm.
