For medical equipment rental services

The RM30 OFF are applicable for the selected items below:

1. Rental of Hospital Bed (excluding mattress).

  • 1 month – RM 200
  • 3 months – RM 450
  • 6 months – RM 900 & FREE Apex Domus 1 Basic Ripple Mattress (worth RM 350)
  • 6 months – RM 1,500 & FREE Apex Domus 2 Advance Ripple Mattress (worth RM 1,230)

2. Rental Apex Domus 2 Advance Ripple Mattress (for bedsore)

  • 1 month – RM 150
  • 3 months – RM 300
  • 6 months – RM 550

3. Rental Oxygen Therapy

  • 1 month (Oxygen Concentrator) – RM 320
  • 1 month (Oxygen Tank) – RM 100 (excluding refill fee)
  • 2 months (Oxygen Concentrator + Oximeter) – RM 600
  • 2 months (Oxygen Concentrator + Oximeter + Oxygen Tank) – RM 700
  • 6 months (Oxygen Concentrator + Oximeter + Oxygen Tank) – RM 1,500

Note: The prices above are before the RM30 OFF

For wheelchair repair services

1. Easy Repair Case – RM10 for each service (Normal price: RM35)

  • Replacement of castor
  • Replacement of castor bearing
  • Replacement of armrest/footplate

2. Moderate Repair Case – RM20 for each service (Normal price: RM50)

  • Regular servicing of wheelchair (alignment, balancing, brake, wheel lubrication, sterilization)
  • Replacement of tyre
  • Replacement of fork & rear wheel bearing
  • Replacement of seat cushion/backrest
  • Replacement of brake

3. Difficult Repair Case – RM40 (Normal price: RM100)

  • Repair of electric wheelchair

Note: Separate charges apply for replacement of the parts and service charges are based on the difficulty level of each repair case. The team at Alpro pharmacy will provide the quotation accordingly based on the information given.

For medical equipment rental services

  • For rental services and further enquiries, please contact Alpro Pharmacy at  +6019 659 7808  or via WhatsApp. The Alpro Pharmacy customer service will connect you with the PIC at your preferred location.
  • All rental fee transactions including deposits and delivery fee are to be arranged and paid to Alpro Pharmacy directly via online banking or offline at the Alpro Pharmacy outlet.
  • Allianz We Care Community members are required to provide the promo code upon redemption.

For wheelchair repair services

  • For wheelchair repair services, members are to provide photo and information of the wheelchair to Alpro Pharmacy for further quotation. Once confirmed, member is required to drop off the wheelchair to the preferred Alpro Pharmacy outlet.
  • Allianz We Care Community members are required to provide the promo code upon redemption.

Daily – 10am to 7pm

Note: You may redeem the promo code via the Allianz We Care Community benefit page on MyAllianz.

  • This benefit is valid until 31 December 2024.
  • This benefit is not allowed to be redeemed with other ongoing promotions, discounts or vouchers and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • This benefit is not applicable for oxygen refill fee.
  • This benefit is not applicable to rental of wheelchair and hearing aids.
  • This benefit can be redeemed at all Alpro Pharmacy outlets nationwide.
  • Additional charges may be applicable for additional services.
  • A late fee will be charged if equipment is not returned on time.
  • Smaller Alpro Pharmacy outlets may require a longer repair time due to logistic arrangement. An approximate timeframe will be advised by Alpro Pharmacy technician beforehand.
  • Alpro Pharmacy reserves the right to amend any of the above T&C without prior notice.
