Tam Kim Fang

Before joining Allianz, Kim Fang was an engineer in the telecommunication industry.

After 10 years of working as an engineer, she realized that this isn’t the career path for her. There was no salary adjustment as well as personal development. She felt insecure and she knew that she needs to make a life changing decision.

After joining Allianz, the life changing decision was made when she decided to join Allianz in 2012.
