This exclusive chaperone service includes a pre-vaccination health assessment, chaperone to & from the vaccination centre (excluding transport fees), and post-vaccination monitoring via call. Arrange an appointment for yourself or your elderly family members to ensure a smooth vaccination journey.

  1. Simply send the following details via email to wecare@managedcare.com.my or via WhatsApp to +6010 213 5023:
    • Full Name as per NRIC (registered with Allianz We Care Community)
    • First 6 digits of NRIC (registered with Allianz We Care Community)
    • Mobile number (registered with Allianz We Care Community)
    • Email address (registered with Allianz We Care Community)
  2. Confirmation of the concierge appointment will be sent to the 1st 200 Allianz We Care Community members upon verification on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • This service is only valid in KL & Selangor.
  • The charges of RM100 (Normal Price: RM150) is applicable per vaccination concierge service, per Allianz We Care Community member, which includes a pre-vaccination health assessment, chaperone to & from the vaccination centre (excluding transport fees), and post-vaccination monitoring via call.
  • Allianz We Care Community members must send the required details to wecare@managedcare.com.my or +6010 213 5023 to arrange for an appointment at least three (3) working days prior to the vaccination date / date of vaccination.
  • This service is valid till 31 December 2021.
  • This service is offered to the 1st 200 Allianz We Care Community members on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • Each Allianz We Care Community member is limited to a maximum of two (2) redemptions on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • This service is an exclusive service available to Allianz We Care Community members only, not available to normal walk-in customers.
  • Allianz We Care Community members must have a confirmed appointment for COVID-19 vaccination on the MySejahtera app. After confirming the appointment, this service is non-transferable to another care recipient.
  • By sending the appointment request, Allianz We Care Community member acknowledges that he/she has read and agreed to the Managedcare's Terms & Conditions and Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (https://managedcare.com.my/privacy.html).
