This benefit includes: -

• A virtual pre-assessment by a qualified and dedicated Care Manager* prior to your visit/stay

• First-time medical concierge to & from the hospital (excluding transport fees)

• Virtual monitoring and follow ups via calls after the appointment

• Coordination service (costs are to be bear by members where applicable) by your Care Manager* such as:

        o mobility vans to and from places such as hospitals

        o additional trips for medical concierge to and from hospitals

        o transfer from places via ambulance (non-emergency)

        o medication education and collection

        o source & recommendations for various medical / rehabilitation supplies

        o personalised meals order and delivery

        o living arrangements with or without hotel stay (special rates partnered with specific 5 star / 4 star hotels in KL City Center)

* A registered nurses with practicing certificate, physiotherapist, dietitian/nutritionist or doctor


(1) Within Klang Valley: RM470 per month (Normal Price: RM520)
(2) Outside of Klang Valley:

• For day trip : RM510 per month (Normal Price: RM560)

• For overnight or extended care stay: RM600 per month (Normal Price: RM660)

This benefit is only valid for ground arrangements in KL and Selangor and not for emergency case. For members residing in other states and required door to door services, third party provider arrangement can be done.
