  2. Members are required to obtain referral letter from any GP or from the resident consultant of KPJ Ipoh prior to the screenings. Otherwise, a RM30 MO consultation fee will be applied.
  3. Appointment must be made at least 3 working days in advance and subject to availability and on a first-come-first serve basis.
  4. The Health Screening Centre @ KPJ Ipoh Specialist Hospital is located at 26, Jalan Raja Dihilir, 30350, Ipoh, Perak.

Operating Hours:

Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5.00pm

Saturday – 8.30am to 12:30pm

Excluding Sunday and public holidays

  • This benefit is only available at KPJ Ipoh Specialist Hospital located at 26, Jalan Raja Dihilir, 30350 Ipoh, Perak. Screenings will be done at the Health Screening Centre of KPJ Ipoh Specialist Hospital.
  • Members are required to obtain referral letter from any GP or from the resident consultant of KPJ Ipoh prior to the screenings. Otherwise, a RM30 MO consultation fee will be applied.
  • Appointments must be made at least 3 working days in advance subject to availability of appointment slots.
  • This benefit is not allowed to be redeemed with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Additional charges may be applicable for additional tests, use of equipment and/or medications that are not covered in the package.
