The In-Person Care Assessment (IPCA) is designed to assess your loved one’s medical condition, living environment, and care needs, to plan the most suitable care arrangements for them.

  1. Please book an appointment with Homage and quote “Allianz“ verbally when in contact with Homage’s Care Advisors.
  2. The Homage team will contact you to arrange an in-person care assessment.
  3. A confirmation for the assessment will be sent by Homage to you according to your preferred date and time.
  4. Upon completion of the in-person care assessment, our Care Specialist will plan out and develop a personalised Care Plan for you and your loved ones.
