With Allianz We Care Community, members can now enjoy a complimentary consultation on stairlift home solutions.

The complimentary consultation includes:

  • 1 x house visit by a dedicated specialist for initial assessment of suitability
  • Measurement taking and proposal
  • 3D design photos and video (applicable for specific stairlift models only)
  • Free service maintenance which will happen two times in within the span of 18 months (applicable for first-time purchase)

Note:

  1. House visit is only available for Semenanjung Malaysia. Alternatively, consultations can be done virtually depending on the location of the customer.
  2. Recommendation of stairlifts will be advised to the customers during the pre-consultation.
