Be the first 2,000 Allianz We Care Community members to get the RM20 e-hailing voucher (Grab Ride voucher). Check out the redemption method & Terms and Conditions.

To redeem the one-time RM20 e-hailing voucher, Allianz We Care Community members have to:

  1. Confirm the vaccination appointment which is scheduled from 15 July 2021 onwards (regardless first dose or second dose).
  2. Take a screenshot of the vaccination appointment page on your MySejahtera/SELangkah App. You must capture your name, NRIC and appointment details for verification purposes.
  3. Send the screenshot before 30 November 2021 with the following details via email to WeCare.Healthcare@allianz.com.my :
    • Full Name as per NRIC (as per the registration record of Allianz We Care Community)
    • Mobile number (as per the registration record of Allianz We Care Community)
    • Email address (as per the registration record of Allianz We Care Community)
    • Email address (registered with Allianz We Care Community)
    • A Screenshot of the MySejahtera/SELangkah App showing your vaccination appointment, matching the name & NRIC as per our Allianz We Care Community registration record (file size < 2MB)
  4. The e-hailing voucher will be sent to the first 2,000 Allianz We Care Community members upon verification on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • This e-hailing voucher is applicable for Allianz We Care Community members only (Allianz We Care Community’s terms and conditions).
  • Each Allianz We Care Community member with a confirmed vaccination appointment (regardless first dose or second dose) scheduled from 15 July 2021 onwards is entitled to claim a one-time e-hailing voucher amounting RM20 subject to these terms and conditions.
  • The first 2,000 Allianz We Care Community members who successfully submitted the request via email to WeCare.Healthcare@allianz.com.my with the complete submissions as follows will be selected:
    - A Screenshot of the MySejahtera/SELangkah App showing your vaccination appointment, matching the name & NRIC as per our Allianz We Care Community registration record
    - Full Name as per NRIC (as per the registration record of Allianz We Care Community)
    - Mobile number (as per the registration record of Allianz We Care Community)
    - Email address (as per the registration record of Allianz We Care Community)
  • The e-hailing voucher is provided to the first 2,000 Allianz We Care Community members based on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • The submission cut-off date is on 30 November 2021 at 11:59pm. Any submissions after 30 November 2021 will be disqualified.
  • The selection of the first 2,000 Allianz We Care Community members shall be final and they will be notified via a redemption email from WeCare.Healthcare@allianz.com.my within seven (7) working days from the date of submission email sent by the Allianz We Care Community members.
  • The e-hailing voucher is not transferable and/or exchangeable for cash.
  • The e-hailing voucher is subject to Grab e-voucher’s terms and conditions as stated in the redemption email.
  • Allianz Malaysia reserves the absolute right to change and/or substitute the type and number of e-hailing vouchers at any time without prior notice.
  • The decisions made by Allianz Malaysia are final and no appeals and related correspondences will be entertained.
