  • 4 x options of personalised meal planning
  • Close monitoring for 1 month
  • 30 days generic meal plan
  • Progress report in softcopy format

3-Month (virtual only):

  • Nutritional assessment by a certified nutritionist/dietitian
  • 9 x consultation sessions with a dietitian or nutritionist (3 x sessions per month)
  • 4 x options of personalised meal planning + 4 x additional options upon request after the completion of the 3-month program
  • Close monitoring for 3 months
  • 30 days generic meal plan
  • Progress report in softcopy format
