  • The telehealth support is limited to medical advice only and the information provided to Allianz We Care Community members via the telehealth support should not be deemed as a medical diagnosis.
  • The support does not include teleconsultation, medical diagnosis, and any arrangement and enquiries relating to the medical services at Sunway Medical Centre.
  • The telehealth support is available from Monday – Friday, 10am – 8pm (except public holidays).
