  • ReGen Rehab Hospital is operating at Lot 8, Jalan Bersatu, Jalan 13/4, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Allianz We Care Community members are required to visit the hospital to enjoy the benefits.
  • This benefit is valid for the first consultation with the rehabilitation physician, physiotherapy and occupational therapy only.
  • This benefit is not applicable for follow-up consultation fees, medication, speech therapy, psychology services, nutrition services, registration fee, medication and other services not stated above.
  • This benefit is valid till 31 May 2022.
  • This benefit is valid for one (1) time redemption per individual for first consultation with a rehabilitation physician and no capped limit per individual for outpatient physiotherapy and occupational therapy.
