Allianz We Care Community members will get to enjoy a personalised Post COVID-19 Rehabilitation Programme at RM2,300 (Normal Price: RM 2,650). The programme includes:

• Personalised programme based on your needs

• Session options of 90 minutes x 8 sessions OR 60 minutes x 12 sessions
   Services included in the sessions:

   -Assessment and review by doctors involved for medical and functional progress, medication and advise

   - Health Information and education via hospital’s MDR (multi-disciplinary team) and booklet

   -Dietary assessment and management

   -Counselling by hospital’s MDR team and referral to clinical psychologist if indicated for overall emotional  support

• 2 sessions of dietitian consultation

• 2 sessions of rehabilitation specialist consultation

• 1 basic lab test (Full Blood Count, Liver Profile and HbA1c)

Note: Additional charges may apply for registration fees, any additional procedures/diagnostic assessments, and take-home medications.
