Allianz We Care Community members can gain access to exclusive Post-COVID-19 Recovery Assessment Health Screening packages at RM450 for a Basic Package and RM750 for a Comprehensive Package.

1. Basic Package includes:

• Consultation by participating specialist

• Chest X-ray

• Six (6) minutes Walking Test + In-Body Assessment

• Mental Health Screening

• Laboratory Test (Full Blood Count, C-Reactive Protein, Renal Profile, Liver Function Profile & Blood Glucose)

2. Comprehensive Package includes:

• Consultation by consultant respiratory physician

• Chest X-ray

• Lung Function Reversibility Test

• Six (6) minutes Walking Test + In-Body Assessment

• Mental Health Screening

• Laboratory Test (Full Blood Count, C-Reactive Protein, Renal Profile, Liver Function Profile & Blood Glucose)

Members may also complement their screening with the additional tests below:

• Lung Function Body Box Spirometry @ RM130

• Low Dose Lung CT Scan Without Contrast @ RM500

Note: Packages are only applicable for Allianz We Care Community members who were positive COVID-19 patients and must be at least 21 days from COVID-19 positive test result report date.
