The hearing assessment procedure includes:

  • History taking of the patient
  • Otoscope assessment
  • Audiogram assessment

Subsequent to the assessment, if results show that you may be suffering from hearing loss and are in need of a hearing aid, members are entitled to redeem the following offers made by Alpro Pharmacy:

  • 7-days free trial for hearing aid
  • Buy-back within 100 days of purchase
  • Rental program for hearing aid
