i. Repair in Allianz Panel Workshop
ii. Private vehicles

v. Undercarriage & engine are not damaged
Fast Track Tier 2 <RM15,000 (others) 3 working days from claims estimate submission
Non-fast track >RM15,000 & total loss claims 5 working days from claims estimate submission
Theft Any amount 30 working days from date of notification
Windscreen Any amount 4 hours*
Motorcycle Fast Track Tier 1 <RM5,000 3 working days from claims estimate submission
Non-fast track >RM5,000 5 working days from claims estimate submission

Supporting documents required

  • Police report
  • Registration card
  • Insured’s IC card and driving license
  • Driver’s IC and driving license 
  •  Commercial vehicle transport permit (if any)

  1. Call Allianz Road Rangers at 1800-22-5542 for immediate assistance and details of our authorised repairers
  2. Make police report on how the accident happened and include details of third party, if any
  3. Allow your vehicle to be towed to the selected authorised repairer
  4. Alternatively, if your vehicle can still be driven and you prefer to do so, drive to the selected authorised repairer
  5. Submit the required documents to the authorised repairer
  6. The authorised repairer will handle the claim and liaise directly with Allianz

Where your vehicle requires towing, it is important that your vehicle is towed by Allianz Road Rangers and repaired at one of our authorised repairers to avoid disputes and additional charges by unauthorised tow truck operators or repairers.

  • Completed Simplified Claim Form
  • Original bill
  • Photographs of damage or police report

  1. Drive to our panel workshop
  2. Once repaired, take delivery of vehicle
  3. Workshop will notify Allianz & do the necessary submission of documents

  •  Hire purchase agreement (if any)
  •  Copy of invoice for newly registered vehicle except reconditioned vehicles
