An e-Invoice is a digital representation of a transaction between a supplier and a buyer. e-Invoice replaces paper or electronic documents such as invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.

An e-Invoice contains the same essential information as a traditional document, for example, supplier’s and buyer’s details, item description, quantity, price excluding tax, tax amount, and total amount, which records transaction data for daily business operations.

Relevant details of your policy purchase will be transmitted to LHDN and validated as an official record of your purchase and payment, which you can then save for your records and/or tax purposes.
Once your purchase has been successfully validated for an e-Invoice, you will receive an email from Allianz containing the Tax Invoice file. This file will include a QR code that you can scan to access the MyInvois portal, where you can view detailed information about your e-Invoice.
You can view the details of your e-Invoice for your policy purchase on the MyInvois portal by scanning the QR code provided in the Tax Invoice file.
If your request for e-Invoice validation fails, there will be no QR code embedded in your Tax Invoice file. Our representative will contact you to request updated details, which will need to be resubmitted to LHDN for re-validation. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service to request for re-validation. Please note that the e-Invoice validation and issuance is not possible if the request is not made within the same month of your policy purchase.
If you don't request for an e-Invoice for your policy purchase, it will not be validated for an e-Invoice and will instead be processed on a consolidated basis for declaration to LHDN.
If you initially chose not to receive an e-Invoice but later wish to obtain one, you may contact customer service within the same calendar month of purchase to request for e-Invoice validation. Please note that the e-Invoice validation and issuance is not possible if the request is not made within the same month of your policy purchase.
