On 21 January 2017, Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad launched the Allianz Road Rangers, a new motor transformation journey. Currently servicing the Klang Valley, the service features seven new touch points including a 24-hours Accident Call Center, the all-new Allianz Road Rangers bike brigades and Allianz-branded Allianz Road Rangers tow trucks. Besides that, ride-sharing services is also provided for passengers, while customers will be assisted by an Allianz Claims Concierge at major police stations. Customers can also expect quick claims process with the Allianz Motor ODX Claims process and their vehicle delivered to them at the end of the journey.
