Allianz Malaysia incorporates new Labuan subsidiary

Kuala Lumpur, 1 October 2026

Allianz Malaysia Berhad (Allianz Malaysia) has incorporated Allianz Labuan Limited (Allianz Labuan), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Allianz Malaysia, in the Federal Territory of Labuan, Malaysia effective from 1 October 2026.
The new entity has been established to provide life insurance solutions for the Malaysian high-net-worth segment, offering foreign currency-denominated products in Labuan and strengthening Allianz Malaysia’s footprint in one of Asia’s premier international financial hubs.
With this, Allianz Malaysia is reinforcing its commitment to accelerating growth, expanding its presence and solidifying its position as a leading life insurer in the region as well as globally.
