Servicing Agents
You can walk-in to your servicing agent’s office to make your premium payment via any of the following methods:
1. Credit Card/Debit Card – Only Visa and Master Card are acceptable.
2. Cash
3. Cheque
- Cheques should be crossed to “Allianz General Insurance Company (M) Berhad”
- Please write the following details at the back of the cheque
- Policyholders’ name
- Vehicle Number and premium amount
- Contact Numbers
Allianz Outbound Call Center
You can contact Allianz Outbound Call Center to make your premium payment via any of the following methods:
1. Credit Card / Debit Card
Call 1300300388 to make your payment. Only Master and Visa Card is applicable.
2. Internet Banking

3. Cheque (bank in)

Once you have made payment, please inform Allianz Outbound Call Center so we can issue your motor / non-motor policy.
