Servicing Agents

You can walk-in to your servicing agent’s office to make your premium payment via any of the following methods:

1. Credit Card/Debit Card – Only Visa and Master Card are acceptable.

2. Cash

3. Cheque

  • Cheques should be crossed to “Allianz General Insurance Company (M) Berhad”
  • Please write the following details at the back of the cheque
    • Policyholders’ name
    • Vehicle Number and premium amount
    • Contact Numbers 

Allianz Outbound Call Center

You can contact Allianz Outbound Call Center to make your premium payment via any of the following methods:

 

1. Credit Card / Debit Card

Call 1300300388 to make your payment. Only Master and Visa Card is applicable.

3. Cheque (bank in)
