Refund of Motor Premium

In regards to relevant policyholders with a Motor Insurance Policy with us. 

You may have heard of the Phased Liberalisation of the Motor and Fire Tariffs and are probably aware of the changes particularly in the motor insurance market.

 Due to a misinterpretation of regulatory requirements, we recently undertook a review of all the premium rates charged for our Motor products with transaction date from 1 July 2017.  Following our review, we are pleased to inform that you shall be entitled to a one-off refund.

In order for us to make payment of the said refund, please click here to complete the e-Payment Registration Form and submit to us no later than 30 days from the date of this email.

The refund will be credited directly into your account as per the details provided in the e-Payment Registration Form.

Please give us 14 working days from the date of your submission to process the refund to you.

However, if you had earlier received our letter on this matter and have already responded to us, you may disregard this SMS.
