Channels Method


Servicing Agent
  1. Cash
    • You can walk in to your servicing agent’s office.
  2. Cheque
    • You can walk in to your servicing agent’s office.
    • Cheques should be crossed to “ Allianz General Insurance Company (M) Berhad”
    • Please write the following details at the back of the cheque:
      • Policyholder’s name
      • Vehicle Number and premium amount
      • Contact Numbers
  3. Credit Card
    • Visa and Master Card are acceptable


Allianz Telemarketing Center
  1. Credit Card (1.5% merchant fee charge from Road Tax amount)
    • Contact our Allianz Outbound Call Center at 1-300-88-1700
    • Provide following details:
    • Card holder full name
    • 16 digit Card Number
    • Expiry Date
    • Bank Name
    • Bank-in / Cheque
      • CIMB Bank only
      • Account Number : Please call our Allianz Outbound Call Center (1-300-88-1700) to get the account number
      • Payable to : Allianz General Insurance Company (M) Berhad
      • Insurance will only be issued after 1-3 working days after payment float has been released.
    • Internet Banking (Log in to http://www.cimbclicks.com)
    • CIMB Bank
    • CIMB Clicks : Transfer Funds (to other CIMB Accounts)
    • Account number: Please call our Allianz Outbound Call Center (1-300-88-1700) to get the account number
    • Insurance will only be issued after 2-3 working days after payment float has been released.
    • Interbank GIRO Transfer (Recipient Bank:CIMB Bank Berhad)
    • Account number : Please call our Allianz Outbound Call Center (1-300-88-1700) to get the account number
    • Recipient Name: Allianz General Insurance Company (M) Berhad.
    • Recipient ID : 735426-V
    • Remarks : Key in your vehicle number


Payment at Branches
  1. Cash
    • You can walk in to our nearest branch.
  2. Cheque
    • You can walk in to our nearest branch.
    • Cheques should be crossed to “ Allianz General Insurance Company (M) Berhad”
    • Please write the following details at the back of the cheque:
      • Policyholder’s name
      • Vehicle Number and premium amount
      • Contact Numbers
  3. Credit Card
    • Visa and Master Card are acceptable
