Allianz Malaysia Berhad unveiled a brand new customer touch point at the head office in Menara Allianz Sentral today in celebration of Allianz Day. 

In providing simply the best value for customers, the newly unveiled customer service counter will assist customers with queries on claims and products as well as the submission and collection of documents, excluding payment. The counter will also feature a secure 24-hour mail-drop box to which customers can use to submit claim documents, renewal or other matters after business hours including weekends.

"After moving to Menara Allianz last September, we had a lot of walk-in customers at the Head office and that led to the idea for a customer counter. We listened to our customers' pain points and also came up with the 24-hour mail-drop box that will save them time and hassle," said Mohd Farop Mohd Sharif, Head of Customer Advocacy of Allianz Malaysia Berhad.

"Sometimes, getting simple ideas to work can create an incredibly meaningful effect on customers. In being truly customer centric, it's all about getting the little things right and providing thoughtful service that is fast, reliable and most importantly, delivering it from the heart," added Mohd Farop. 

During the day-long festivities, members of senior management including Zakri Khir, CEO both Allianz Malaysia Berhad and Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad (Allianz General) and Sean Wang, Chief Operating of Allianz Malaysia Berhad also met and greeted customers at the Allianz Arena (Customer Service Centre) in Plaza Sentral.

At the Allianz Arena, booths were also set up where agents and customers were able to learn more about Allianz Life's imagine (an agent's sales tool that assists in sales Planning and e-submissions of policies) and Fast Quote (a platform whereby customers can obtain quick quotes on policies).

In celebration of Allianz Day, all of Allianz Malaysia's 38 branches nationwide also got in the act, creating their own spin on the day handing out little treats to walk-in customers.
