With a few quick taps, send us a request for roadside assistance when you experience a vehicle breakdown, an accident or even just a punctured tyre. We will locate you via your current GPS location and provide help or towing service to you.

Request Guarantee Letter

Request for a Guarantee Letter (GL) and monitor the GL status via the app at your convenience, anytime and anywhere.

Submit Medical Claims

Save your time and the hassle of tedious paperwork by submitting your medical claims (Up to RM300) via E-claims and checking the claims status.

Allianz A to Z App is available for download on Google Play and App Store. Simply search for “Allianz A to Z” and you would be able to find it.
If you are unable to find Allianz A to Z App on Google Play or App Store, it is most likely due the possibility that your phone operating software did not meet the minimum requirements to operate the mobile app. The minimum requirement to download/operate the mobile app is iOS 9.0 for iPhones while the minimum requirement for Android phones is Android 4.4.
Yes, if you would like to use all the functions on Allianz A to Z App, you must first register yourself on the mobile app and log in. However, there are also several functions that do not require users to log in such as Roadside Assistance, Allianz Locator, NCD checking, Products, Emergency and Hotline numbers.

For Allianz Life insurance policyholders, you are required to have these information at hand when registering:

  1. ID Number (NRIC, Passport, Police Number)
  2. Policy Number
  3. Inception Date (issuance date)
  4. Personal Information (name, personal email address, mobile number)

Note: Currently, only policies with medical riders are allowed. To obtain the details of your policy, kindly check your policy booklet, or ask your servicing insurance agent, or walk into the nearest branch, or call our Allianz Customer Service Department.

 

For Allianz General insurance policyholders, you are required to have these information at hand when registering:

  1. ID Number (NRIC, Passport, Police Number)
  2. Policy Number
  3. Policy Expiry Date
  4. Personal Information (name, personal email address, mobile number)

Note: Currently, only Private Comprehensive Motor Insurance, Road Warrior, Enhanced Road Warrior, CIMB Auto Relief, Allianz Shield, Allianz Care Individual or SMI and Bike Warrior policies are allowed. To obtain the details of your policy, kindly check your policy booklet, or ask your servicing insurance agent, or walk into the nearest branch, or call our Allianz Customer Service Department.

 

For Employee Benefit insurance policyholders, you are required to have these information at hand when registering:

  1. ID Number (NRIC, Passport)
  2. Employer Name (As per registered name with SSM)
  3. Personal Information (name, email address, mobile number)

Note: For Employee Benefit insurance policyholders, please request the details from your company’s Human Resource Department.

Here are a few ways to retrieve the required information of your policy:

  1. Check your policy booklet or policy contract
  2. Ask your insurance agent
  3. Walk into the nearest branch
  4. Call Allianz Customer Service Department at 1-300-88-1028 or email to customer.service@allianz.com.my
  5. Log into Customer Portal (applicable for Life Insurance policies only)
  6. Your Company Human Resource Department (applicable for Employee Benefits policies only)

Yes but subject to the clinic’s/hospital’s acceptance. You are encouraged to bring along your medical card for verification purpose.
This functionality is only applicable to Life Insurance policies with medical riders only; not yet applicable to Allianz General medical or personal accident policies. Policyholder is able to submit reimbursement claims of up to RM300 and check the status of submitted claims via the App. Currently, the App is able to capture images of up to the following limits:
    Medical Report: Maximum 5 photos
    Receipt: Maximum 5 photos
    Tax invoice: Maximum 5 photos
    Itemised Bill: Maximum 10 photos
For all claims that are above RM300 per event, you are required to submit the original receipts and other documents in hard copies as proof of claim to Allianz.
You are advised to request for GL via Allianz A to Z App for pre-planned hospitalisation and upon complete submission of Hospital Admission Form (HAF).
Ensure that your GPS function is enabled on your phone. You are able to search for the nearest Allianz offices/clinics/hospitals/workshops/car dealers based on where you are or key in a specific location name to list the Allianz offices/clinics/hospitals/workshops/car dealers within that specified location.
